In 2005-06, she founded Falcon Swim Clinics in Perth, Australia. Prior to coming to UCSD, Falcon was the head coach at San Diego Mesa College in 2006-07. UCSD sent a total of 28 student-athletes, 14 men and 14 women, to the national meet. Henley and Daniel Perdew were crowned as NCAA champions twice each, with the men's squad finishing seventh for the third year in a row and the women placing third. The 2009-10 campaign also featured plenty of impressive performances from the UCSD squad. The men were second, the team's highest finish to date at the Division II level, while the women took third. UCSD won its third consecutive PCSC title on both the men and women's sides and went on to post a tremendous showing at the NCAA Championships. Since Falcon's arrival, Tritons have won 17 national crowns, broken two NCAA Division II and over 47 school records, produced 121 All-America performances and earned more than 77 conference titles. She coached former Triton standout Alex Henley, who won three NCAA titles (400 IM in 2010, 200 butterfly in 20) and holds seven school records.
